Product Designer for Amazon Books

At Amazon Books, I worked on UX for internal tools supporting Print on Demand operations in a complex warehouse environment. The work focused on how different users managed print workflows, what information they needed to see quickly, and where more integrated tools could reduce friction across the process.

I collaborated with researchers and warehouse stakeholders to review previous findings, identify the most important operational needs, and determine which features should be explored in mockups and prototypes. I also worked with an outside research agency to help shape future investigation, making sure the design work stayed connected to real user questions and workflow challenges.

A major part of the work involved dashboard and prototype thinking: looking at how multiple sources of information and actions might be brought into clearer, more useful screens that could support faster decision making in a high-volume production setting. In addition to broader workflow concepts, I also completed smaller feature work across Amazon Books, including interface refinements, wording updates, and design adjustments.

User Experience Designer for Amazon AWS Marketing

At Amazon AWS Marketing, I designed and built a scalable design system to support the creation of new and updated pages across the AWS website. The system documented existing patterns, helped bring consistency to future work, and made it faster for internal teams and outside vendors to build prototypes and page designs aligned with AWS standards.

The system was built in Figma and included editable components and templates designed to match the capabilities and constraints of the Adobe page-building environment used by AWS Marketing. I created fully customizable templates for product pages and organized components so they could be reused efficiently across a wide range of design needs. View the case study for the AWS Marketing Design System project.

In addition to the design system itself, I explored concepts for new product page experiences, including expandable card layouts, search and filtering approaches, and structured “how it works” diagrams. These concepts looked at how users might better discover relevant products and understand complex services through clearer visual hierarchy and more flexible content patterns.

I also created supporting visual assets, including diagram systems and branded promotional graphics, helping extend the consistency of the design work beyond page layouts alone.
